Cases are designed with input from practicing dentists, not only CAD technicians — bringing real clinical judgment to margins, occlusion, and anatomy.
Questions get answered same-day — you're never waiting days to hear back on a case or a message.
Every case runs through a standing QC checklist for margins, contacts, and anatomy before it ships.
We know American lab standards, materials, and workflows — not a generic offshore vendor learning as they go.
Send one case with no contract or commitment. See the quality and turnaround for yourself before deciding.
The same designers learn your preferences over time, so revisions and corrections drop with every case.
Case files are transmitted and stored securely, so patient data and case details stay protected.
Prices shown in USD. Charged per unit unless noted. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Book a time →These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dentlyworks' dental CAD design services (the "Services"), operated by [Dentlyworks LLC], a company registered at [Business Address, City, State ZIP, USA] ("Dentlyworks," "we," "us"). By submitting a case, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
Dentlyworks provides outsourced dental CAD design services to dental laboratories and clinics in the United States, including but not limited to crown and bridge design, implant design, removable/denture design, full-arch/All-on-X design, and digital smile planning.
Services are billed on a flat per-unit basis as published on our pricing page, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Dentlyworks (via Stripe) to charge the applicable amount for the case submitted.
Dentlyworks offers unlimited design revisions on submitted cases at no additional charge, until the Client approves the final design. Because revisions are unlimited and included, Dentlyworks does not offer refunds once a case has been submitted and design work has begun. See our Refund & Revision Policy for full details.
Upon full payment, Client receives full rights to use the delivered design files for manufacturing the specific case submitted. Dentlyworks retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying case examples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client opts out in writing.
Dentlyworks provides design services based on information supplied by the Client and does not perform clinical diagnosis or in-person evaluation of patients. Final clinical suitability of any manufactured restoration remains the responsibility of the treating dentist and submitting laboratory. Dentlyworks' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the case giving rise to the claim.
Dentlyworks treats case files and any included patient information as confidential and uses them solely to perform the requested design services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, including data shared with our payment processor, Stripe.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [County, State].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

[Dentlyworks LLC] ("Dentlyworks," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how it may be shared — including with our payment processor, Stripe.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (for payment processing), service providers who help us operate (hosting, email), and when required by law.
We retain case files and account information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and — for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA — to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). EU/UK-based clients may have rights under the GDPR. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Our services are directed at businesses (dental labs and clinics) and are not intended for use by children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.

Every case comes with unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the final design. If a delivered design doesn't match your case instructions, margins, contacts, or material requirements, send it back with notes and we'll revise it at no additional charge — as many times as needed.
Because revisions are unlimited and free, Dentlyworks does not issue refunds for cases once design work has started. If you're not satisfied with a design, the appropriate remedy is a revision, not a refund.
If you need to cancel a case before design work has started, contact us as soon as possible at info@dentlyworks.com. Cases where work has not yet begun may be cancelled without charge.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us within [X] days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any billing errors.
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer.
If anything in this policy is unclear, reach out to info@dentlyworks.com before submitting a case.
