These Terms govern your use of Dentlyworks' dental CAD design services, operated by Dentlyworks LLC.
Outsourced dental CAD design for US labs and clinics: crown & bridge, implant, removable/denture, full-arch/All-on-X, digital smile planning.
Billed flat, per item, per our published rate card (per unit for crown & bridge/implant, per arch for removable/full-arch, per case for Digital Smile Design). Payment is arranged directly via US bank transfer (ACH) or credit card once a case is confirmed — there is no online checkout at the time of case submission. Payment is due upon receipt for new clients; consolidated monthly invoicing becomes available after 3 or more on-time payments. Rush turnaround and volume-based pricing are quoted individually and are not part of the published rate card.

Final clinical suitability remains the responsibility of the treating dentist and submitting lab. Liability limited to the amount paid for the case in question.

We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Once a case is confirmed, payment is arranged directly between you and Dentlyworks via US bank transfer (ACH) or credit card, subject to those providers' own privacy and security terms.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). It sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years) and sends this usage data to Google. We do not use it for advertising or ad personalization, and we do not sell personal data.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first — analytics does not load unless you accept. Elsewhere it is on by default. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings (also in the footer of every page), or block cookies in your browser.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you click through to book a call, Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
If we email you about our services, those emails may include a tiny image and tracked links so we can see whether a message was opened or a link clicked. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying “unsubscribe” works too — we stop sending right away. You will still receive service messages about cases you submit.
